About the Role
The admin’s role is to create, maintain and update that infrastructure and databases.
We are an innovative tech organization. We believe our backend should reflect that as well, and work with the best tools and automations available.
As our administration specialist, you will work closely with Brainstorm’s leaders and CEO and take part in creating the Israeli Neurotech ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage access to Brainstorm’s online tools.
Coordinate and maintain Brainstorm’s records - documentation of meeting protocols, staff changes and legal information.
Support bookkeeping and acquisition: work with external vendors, maintain records, assist in the preparation of reports, and daily finances.
Scope
You are expected to dedicate about 4 hours per week.
